123 A new perspective on nature in the city
[Neighbourhoods]
In the city, there is often a longing for elsewhere: forests, silence, open landscapes in which to breathe and recover. Yet the living world is already there, at the very heart of urban spaces, sometimes in places crossed every day without really being seen. Perhaps transformation begins with a different way of perceiving.
This walk offers a sensitive exploration of perception and of our relationship with the city. Through simple invitations — attentive walking, sensory awareness, moments of presence, exchange and creative exploration — participants encounter urban landscapes and the emotions they evoke in a different way.
The city is not idealised here. What unsettles is also welcomed: resistance, discomfort, saturation, or the feeling of having lost touch with the living world. These feelings too can open paths towards a more conscious and sensitive relationship with our surroundings.
