262 Revealed landscapes: views of Woluwe-Saint-Pierre in paintings and postcards

Woluwe-Saint-Pierre, known for its peaceful and pleasant living environment, is a fine example of controlled urbanisation. Through a selection of paintings and postcards from the municipal collection, the exhibition reveals the transformation of Woluwe-Saint-Pierre during the 20th century. The painters, witnesses to this change, offer a very personal interpretation of emblematic places in the municipality. The exhibition explores past and present landscapes through painting and postcards. These works offer a renewed look at familiar places, between memory and transformation.
To ensure the best possible visit experience, the exhibition is also designed to offer mediation through a guide. In addition to the presentation of the works, the visit includes a walk near the cultural centre to experience certain landscape changes in situ.
The exhibition is freely accessible. Booking is required for guided tours.
