This guided walk through the heart of the Saint-Job district explores a true “village within the city”. The Avijl plateau offers a unique rural landscape where greenery and housing coexist coherently with the surrounding historical traces. Starting from Place Saint-Job, the route follows hidden paths and reveals a preserved corner of nature in plain sight. This 2.5-hour loop explores a rural heritage maintained within a dense urban area, illustrating a rare coexistence between urban agriculture, biodiversity and neighbourhood life.
