Domaine Allard, an estate created at the end of the 19th century, opens its indoor and outdoor spaces for a self-guided discovery between heritage, landscape and biodiversity.
Visitors can explore the neo-Flemish Renaissance reception rooms and discover a garden carrying the “Nature au Jardin” label, where landscape qualities and biodiversity play a central role.
The garden preserves several traces of its history: a gazebo, old water features and original layouts form an ensemble in which built heritage, nature and landscape still enter into dialogue. The route also shows how more contemporary interventions, such as a natural-looking swimming pond, can be harmoniously integrated into a historic estate and contribute to its landscape character.
