62 Le Botanique, an exotic garden in the city

Created in 1826 to present plants from all over the world, the Botanique has passed through two centuries of history before becoming one of Brussels’ liveliest cultural complexes. Greenhouses, a neoclassical orangery and shaded gardens: through a rally at the heart of the site, the evolution of this exceptional landscape becomes visible, showing how this 19th-century heritage continues to write its story today.
