175 The hill tells the story of the Neerpede landscape

“The Yeti Hill”, named after the now-vanished ski slope that operated there for almost 25 years, is an artificial landform created in the mid-1980s using soil excavated during construction of the Brussels ring road and the digging of the Grand Étang de Neerpede.
Rising to nearly 65 metres, the summit offers striking and contrasting views over the city and the surrounding countryside.
Over the years, rich spontaneous vegetation has developed there, creating an exceptional natural biotope.
Let yourself be surprised by this unusual setting and guided by the interactive installations of the Gilbard collective, which celebrate and reveal the surrounding nature.
Guided tours on Sunday at 10:00 (FR), 11:00 (NL/FR), 12:00 (FR), 13:00 (NL/FR), 14:00 (FR) and 15:00 (NL/FR) (duration 30 minutes, maximum 12 people per departure).
In collaboration with la Maison Verte et Bleue and the Tourism Department of the municipality of Anderlecht.
