Collège Saint-Hubert

© Bruxelles Bavard

This secondary school with just under 800 pupils consists of five buildings, including an underground sports complex, all situated in a green setting on the edge of the Sonian Forest. Designed and built half a century ago, the school has a distinctly 1970s architectural look. The architecture here serves the specific needs of an educational establishment, including laboratory classrooms, a library, canteen and gymnasium.
Measures have been taken recently to improve the energy performance of the buildings’ technical infrastructure.
This indoor and outdoor tour of the site will highlight all of its characteristic and special architectural features.

In cooperation with Brussels Chatterguides.
