Forest Park is surrounded by an extremely rich and diverse architectural heritage. Several beautiful Art Nouveau facades alone are worth the detour. That of the "Beau-Site" villa, the starting point of the tour, with its curves and colours, is a masterful illustration of the path taken by a number of architects at the end of the 19th century. The Altitude Cent district, with its church and imposing Art Deco tower, offers a magnificent catalogue of houses and apartment blocks built between the wars, where Art Deco is omnipresent, modernism underlying and the picturesque never far away.
