You will be struck by the impressive architectural diversity characterising this neighbourhood, nestled in the heart of the Belgian capital. The tour will take in the Charlemagne building, the Justus Lipsius building and the Rue Belliard/Belliardstraat footbridge, culminating with the Paul-Henri Spaak building, nicknamed the Caprice des Dieux (Caprice of the Gods)!
