Heritage jogging: between nature and Art Deco

Woluwe Park © Marie-Eve Tries, Le Tamanoir asbl

This 10 to 12 km running trail, with a total elevation gain of 100 m, offers a chance to discover Brussels’ Art Deco heritage, alternating between natural landscapes and remarkable buildings. It’s a way to explore 1930s architecture while enjoying a running-friendly setting, far from traffic.
The trail starts at Tenreuken Park, a leafy area perfect for a gentle warm-up, before heading to the Logis Floréal. From there, it continues towards Villa Empain, an emblematic example of Art Deco now transformed into a cultural centre.
The second part of the route crosses the Bois de la Cambre and leads to the Van Buuren Museum.
This trail offers a dynamic approach to Brussels’ heritage, combining architectural discovery with immersion in both urban and wooded landscapes.

Level: able to run 1h30 to 2h on an easy trail.
Equipment: running shoes, bring enough water.

In collaboration with Le Tamanoir.
