The Goujons district underwent a radical change in the 1970s. The National Monument to the Jewish Martyrs and the Goujons building are two remarkable structures bearing witness to this transformation. This urban walk will delve into the history of their presence in this area, as well as exploring Les Portes de Notre Monde (The Gates of our World), frescoes created under the aegis of the painter, Resistance fighter and master of the mural Edmond Dubrunfaut (1920–2007).
Tour organised by the Resistance Museum of Belgium, in cooperation with the Comité du Bout du Monde and the CoCoLo/ARHUU (consultative council of tenants) and with the kind permission of the Monument Foundation.
