From infrastructure to the city: heritage and the challenges of the future
The heritage of mobility infrastructure provides a source of inspiration for many designers of public spaces. In a densely populated city, this heritage is a focal point for a variety of flows and events, bringing together art, architecture, technology and urban planning in a cross-disciplinary way.
This walk through time will highlight the various alterations and successive upgrades to Brussels stations in search of their identity, aimed in part at increasing user involvement.
Discover this remarkable heritage and engage in discussions with our panel of experts, who will present and compare their points of view.
The debate is in French but some experts may answer questions in Dutch or English.
Moderated by:
- Benoît Moritz, guest professor at ULB and co-coordinator of the Urban Planning, Infrastructure and Ecology Laboratory (LoUIsE), co-founder and partner of the MSA office
