A stone's throw from the renowned Maison Delune/Huis Delune, which was purchased by the United Arab Emirates in 2012 and subsequently renovated, the same architects, MA², were commissioned to build a state-of-the-art multipurpose building housing flexible workspaces and collaborative areas. They also erected a three-façade structure to complete the row of adjoining buildings. Each of the windows is topped by carved Arabic-style decoration.

As well as sampling Arabic coffee and other local delicacies, visitors will be introduced to traditions such as Al Azi (poetry recital), Al-Razfa (a blend of poetry, dance and rhythm inscribed on the Representative List of the Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity), Al-Ayyala (a festive dance customarily performed at weddings or other celebrations) and the Majlis (a term used for various types of gatherings).

Guided tours in English on Saturday and Sunday. (Duration 40’, max 20 people/group). Only the multipurpose building and the garden can be visited.
