A 1940’s cozy bar with artisanal food
Wicked Pigeon and the Collectif Resto Bar are joining forces with urban.brussels to put the spotlight on Brussels' gastronomic and culinary heritage. The Bélier is a 1940’s cozy bar that meets the 21th century serving tailored, contemporary & classic cocktails, international & Belgian exclusive craft beers, natural wines, old aperitifs and spirits selected with care. His food, based on French cuisine with Mediterranean influences, is seasonal and artisanal. You will taste in the dishes, chosen according to the mood of the chef, their love and respect for their products. Involved in the Belgian ground, they often work with Brussels merchants and craftsmen (Spek & Boonen, la Fruitière), as well as Brussels breweries (La Source, Brasserie de la Senne, l'Ermitage, Surréaliste,...). During the Heritage Days, they are offering a typical Belgian menu with products to discover, including cocktails created with only Belgian products/ingredients, mussels "a la gueuse", tapenade based on Belgian cheese from the Fruitiere (Fontainas).
